Heat Crimper Sealer 

BodySealer Heat Sealer Crimpers

BodySealer Body Bags must be heat sealed to create an airtight, hermetically sealed pouch.  This is a simple operation using one of our heat sealers. When we refer to a heat sealer or heat crimper sealer, we’re referring to a piece of equipment with two heated jaws (see pictures below) to relatively high temperatures.  The two sides of the BodySealer pouch is combined between the jaws and the heat sealer or crimper melts or seals the two side together as one in a matter of a few seconds.   Once sealed, BodySealer becomes an airtight, hermetically sealed bio containment body bag that will not leak, smell or burst (tested to 4000 PSI). 

 

All the heat crimper sealers offered by BodySealer are hand held models.  They all have been tested and determined to work best with our pouches.  All models operate with standard 110 V outlet although we do offer several models for our overseas customers operating at 220V & 240V. 

The 12″ and 16″ models are professional commercial grade crimpers.  They heat up quicker to higher temperatures sealing a BodySealer body bag that much faster.  To decide on which heat sealer is best for you, feel free to call or email us.
